The Spring Mix is a blend of two wonderful coffees. Guatemala + Bali
Kintamani Region: The Kintamani Region in the northeast of Bali is the capital of Bali's specialty coffee production. Most Arabica coffees are grown between 1,100 and 1,500 meters above sea level and the topography range from flat to hilly and rarely mountainous. Although suitable for coffee cultivation the higher altitudes of around 1,500 meters are largely used for citrus plantations or vegetable farms. The temperatures could reach as low as 10 degrees Celsius at night with maximum day temperatures of 26 degrees Celsius. Average rainfall in Kintamani is slightly below 3,000 millimeters with approximately 140 rainy days per year. The water sufficiency from to July to November is countered by shade trees and the application of organic manure to the soil to keep the soil moisture up. The loamy sands of Kintamani are quarter age and the volcanic Inceptisols and Entisols have good physical and chemical properties conducive for coffee farming. Located at the slopes of the active Mount Batur volcano and being in the vicinity of Mount Agung the Kintamani area is ideal for coffee cultivation. The name Kintamani became synonymous with Bali’s coffee production.
Huehuetenango is the highest and driest of Guatemala's non-volcanic regions. This renowned region owes much to the dry, hot winds that come in from the mountains of Mexico's Tehuantepec plain. The additional heat layers protect Huehuetenango from frost and enable coffee to grow at altitudes of 2,000 masl.

We discovered The Perk on a trip to Winter Park in early 2021. I had just started making my own espresso at home and was using Lavazza beans. After trying one of the best lattes I’d ever had at The Perk, I bought a bag of Jamboree 92 to try at home. It is all we drink now. I gave away 4lbs of Lavazza beans. I can’t drink it after having had the Jamboree 92. The customer service is amazing too. I always get my beans super quickly in the mail. I love small companies like The Perk that supply a great product with amazing service. I’m a customer for life.
Having bought a terra kaffe machine (which both grinds beans and brews coffee drinks) several months ago, we tried multiple coffees for making our cappuccinos. The Perk’s Brazil blend was the hands down winner—rich coffee taste without being bitter or oily.
She now requires me to bring her more in order for me to visit home.
Love love love the coffee. Love love love Hannah & Jason!!!
Loved this coffee from The Perk. The smell got me right away, the taste is awesome, and I love knowing it's made by a small business in Colorado!
Very comfortable and fits perfectly! Highly recommend!
Due to Holiday Shipping, my order got lost in transit. Jayson made up my order again and shipped it out no charge no questions. Unfortunately I cannot rate the goods (Since I am still waiting for the order) but the SERVICE was impeccable.
Best coffee from the best place!
Love the perk! Very friendly and helpful!
You all are so polished at what you do. Everything is so perfect and coffee is so great!
My favorite mug! It’s a great size.
I’ve used this container for a couple months now and I’ve noticed that my beans keep flavor for longer due to the air tight seal within the container.
I started with just the one bag a month subscription but the coffee was so much better than my favorite coffee that I was drinking, I changed my order to 2 bags a month. I really did not think it would be noticeably better- but it is! Perk coffee is the perfect way to start my day!!! And the service is great too.
Love this coffee! It has a great flavor that tastes amazing by itself or with a little cream. My favorite afternoon treat!
I tried the Perk Coffee when visiting Winter Park, CO, and found myself there almost every morning during my stay. The people are so kind and helpful and the coffee is so good, that I knew I had to get some beans to brew at home. Tastes great in my French press or my Chemex. Highly recommend this coffee!
